BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Chief Super Market, Inc., operating 12 stores in Northwest and West Central Ohio, has signed with Accelitec|interact to launch a Customer Relationship Management platform.
The platform will launch to the Ohio retailer during the 2nd quarter of 2011.
Founded in 1951, Chief Super Market, Inc. has consistently focused on being a good neighbor through community involvement, volunteerism and a commitment to the communities where their stores are located. The launch of this platform continues to reinforce this Chief heritage to their customers. The benefits of the program are yet to be disclosed, however Annette Hoeffel, Director of Marketing for Chief states “our goal is to provide a better shopping experience for our customers by building relationships through the use of technology so that we can better understand, reward and take care of each individual as they come into the store. We aren’t making this program about price for our customers; we don’t want to get into that game.”
