Don Zwade brings a highly successful track record as a serial entrepreneur to Accelitec, having nurtured, grown and sold three start-up companies over a span of 15 years. He owned and operated Morrad Foodservice on Maui, between 1995 and 2004. From 1995 to 2001, Zwade also co-founded EIC Software Inc., to develop food distribution management applications that helped the partners run their business, while attracting the attention of other food service companies from Hawaii to Florida. EIC software rapidly evolved to include modules for handling the requirements of multiple sectors, including meat processors, produce distributors, beer and wine distributors and even coffee and tea manufacturers.
